first off like in previous reviews the front desk staff is rude and has major attitude not a great first impression.this was my first time going to visible changes because i needed a quick fix for my dyed pink hair that need to be brown again.So i called in the morning after reading all these reviews about how great this place was and was surprised to be able to get a same day appointment(should have been my first warning).the girl who took my info tells me im going to be getting a level 1 stylist yada yada yada... and so i get there early only to be greeted by the two attitydes at the front desk and waited about 15 minutes after my appt time. when the stylist (jenny) came to get me she quickly dismissed me with a quick glance and barked""what do you want?"" i explained i needed to have the pink removed from my hair . she said i had two options either bleach it to remove the color or color over it and it would be a nice auburn shade.having not wanted to ruin my hair even more i opted for number two and some nice color on top two even it out.well what i got was platinum blonde highlights and unbeknownst to me purple where the pink used to be .. i didnt notice the purple until one of my coworkers pointed it out later on at work. i had trusted my stylist to do the right thing and she didnt..so i marched back up to visible changes explained nicely to a manger what happened and she told me there was no way i could get my money back.when i asked why she walked away and got the other manager , who proceeded to accuse me of knowingly wanting purple hair!!! long story short, o got my monet bacj after making a scene in the middle of the salon and will never ever go back again!!!this was the mosy horrible experience ever!!!stat away from this place!!!!
