We woke up one morning and it was cold. It was three days before Christmas. We called Getzschman Heating and they came out. They found cracks in our old furnace and it had to be replaced. They said that there would be somebody out within an hour to talk to us about ta new furnace. They came and told us that they checked and would be able to install it the next morning. They gave us space heaters to use overnight, and were out the next morning. Getzschman Heating covered the carpet going down the basement with plastic and were very efficient! They did the job and by 11 o'clock, we had heat! As far as getting us the help right away, it was excellent!
