Review content:
I went to this school because I knew the training was up to par. I had worked as a manager for 2 years so I knew what to expect when looking for a job, as I had to hire/fire bartenders. I started as a host so I never really leaned to bartend, although I could jump behind the bar and make all the basic drinks. I took the course so that I could fill when a bartender did not show up. The training was excellent. Job placement was realistic in what you had to do to find work. They also offered several bars for the students to go to to gain experience. I found many jobs on their website. The bottom line is some people just want a job handed to them, it does not work that way, it is all about timing, personality and following up on interviews. In my opinion they taught students the right way and provided them with the tools to find a job. Hey you can lead a horse to water...............
Pros: Excellent training! No one can dispute this!
Cons: Honestly did no see any. I just think some people expect a 'free pass' to getting a job.
