Bought my second Lexus from Park Place Lexus in Plano - experience was incredible. I found the car online from their website on my iPhone - awesome mobile site! The facility is really nice and the sales associate couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. Returned my emails fast and we hammered out most details online. They made trading in my vehicle easy and gave me a pretty fair price. I HATE buying cars normally, however, I really have nothing to fuss about with Park Place. I will be a long time customer for sure.
Pros: Sales staff is great - service department is amazing!
