i went to the office on june 20th. i have a very light bleeding for the past 3 weeks. i want to find out what is going on with me. i don't have insurance at that time and i paid $200 first visit fee. The scheduling person was very nice. The stuff that check me in was very nice. But the comfortable feeling stops right there. The doctor or Lindsay was not nice. She is very cold, and seems don't have a lot of knowledge for my symptoms. i find out later. Also, I don't like her bedside manner. She answered all my questions with need to wait for blood test result. she done a pap test on me. The experience was terrible. All the pap test that i done, the doctor usually tell me when she will put her hands in or what she will do next, but Lindsay did not do any of that. Seems like she is in hurry. The pap test was done very quickly, which is not a good thing, because i find out i have Cervical polyp 10 days later by going to a different gyno. i went to New Herzion for the first time and the doctor there find out i have cervical polyp, which cause the my bleeding for the past 3 weeks. Cervical polyp is a piece of polyp or tumour on the surface of the cervical canal. I'm not doctor and i know cervical polyp will not grow in just 10 days. Lindsay did not find out during my first visit. Im glad that the cervical polyp is not cancerous. and i glad i went to another place. Other wise, 10 day is a long for cancer patients. That is the worth experience i ever had. Also, a few days a go i received 2 bills total to be around $350 for my pap test result from lab corp. This fee was not once mention to me at anytime during my visit or after. i find out by the bill in my mail box. So far, this is my worth Gyno visit.
