My experience with Bank of Memories was horrible! I had to pay a small deposit just to find out pricing. Knowing this, I shared with them my budget and what I wanted prior to setting up the appointment. I was told ?Oh, we can do that!? - so I paid my money. At the appointment, I was left alone with books of photos for 20 minutes while other customers were attended to (I thought I paid for this appointment!?!?). Finally I got some assistance and the estimated total was WAY more than my budget. We made some adjustments to get the cost down, but to get that hard number I had to give them a non-refundable deposit. Also, in a follow up phone call, I was treated in a VERY rude manner, even yelled at by the consultant. THERE ARE BETTER FLORISTS OUT THERE!!! PLEASE KEEP LOOKING!
