This place was TERRIBLE!! The girl that did my facial was lovely... too bad she's at this place. Check out the cancellation policy -- 48 HOURS (twice what the better salons require). Also, they give you the HARD sell on products, and the lady at the desk actually called AND emailed me to tell me it was rude that I did not buy products!! Plus, the specials on their website are a sham... once you get there, you find out that you have to pay full price because the specials are only actually (fine print!) for a certain set of existing clients! But, you cannot even cancel at that point, because they will charge you!! Small space, not that well maintained, and terrible management. Too bad for the estheticians... i hope bella sante picks them all up!!
