Review content:
I have been with Sunshine for three years and have never been late with my rent. My son school bus was running late. I live in WoodChase Apartments and the bus didn't arrive until about 4:50. He attends County School and they don't release until 4pm. To make a long story short, I sped on the express way to Poplar (while talking on the phone to one of the ladies inside the office, informing them of my location). I made it to the building at 5pm. By the time I ran upstairs to the office it was 5:01pm. The lady closed the door and locked it in my face. There were other tenats inside being seen and she wouldn't let me inside. She said, ""it's late, drop it in the box."" A day later I recieved a letter in the mail with a balance of $75.50 due to late charges. Is this money hungry or what? I have been a great tenat to Sunshine Corporation. On that day I begin my search for new residence. Thanks be to God I found a house on the same day!
