Review content:
My house passed a series of code inspections, at least 4 other home inspections for prevoius purchasers, and a pre listing inspection. Inspector Paul found several major structural issues that should have been easily caught by someone with the proper knowledge. His report gave the supporting documentation backing his recommendation that a professional engineer needed to design the repairs. The sellers could not understand how their two inspectors missed what was so obvious once the issues were pointed out.
Pros: knowledge, hard working, experience
Cons: not the cheap inspector, but hiring him saved me thousands
