Review content:
Very pleased with the service Tom provided. About 10:00am the sprocket which controls the chain sheared off the opener. Tom indicated he had two jobs and would head my way. By 4:00pm he had installed a new mechanism, tightened the spring, telfoned the rollers and guides, and adjusted the height of the safety beam (no higher than 6 inches off ground).
