Review content:
I had 2 crowns made here and both had to be returned to the lab to be remade. During one visit the dental assistant put too much material in the tray when she was making the mold and the material went down my throat and choked me. The doctor accused me of having a low gag tolerance.
When I returned 3 weeks later for the second crown to be seated I waited 75 minutes past my appointment time before I got in.
During one appointment the doctor was taking personal calls from the cable company on her cell.
Later, yet again I returned to this dentist with complaints about one of the crowns because my gums around it continued to bleed. She assured me there was nothing wrong with the crown.
Six months later a new dentist had to remove an overhang from it. He said food was getting up under it and causing problems.
