When I had the estimate done everything was "no problem", until I signed up for the move, then everything was a problem. The man who did our estimate wouldn't return my phonecalls. We got the run-around about fixing a delivery date. When the truck showed up it already had someelse's stuff on board, so they had to call for a second truck and then some of our belongings had to be moved later from the second truck back to the first. Many of our boxes were ripped or crushed. The damage to our belongings was small, but the boxes were not handled very carefully. The driver was very nice and was the only bright spot in the whole experience.
