I am new to weight training but am impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of my trainer Jeff. He is always ready to answer questions and share information about exercise and nutrition for getting in shape. He has been helping me to effectively use all the equipment in the gym and focuses on my developing good form when working out. I have seen positive results and feel more confident since I started working with a B Young B Fit trainer.
