Review content:
Ive eaten at Fhimas 3 times and have yet to be disappointed. One experience was for lunch and the other two were for dinner with bigger groups. The atmosphere is funky and unique and the same can be said about their food. The portions are generous and the flavors exceptional. Finally a place that can make great seafood paella in St. Paul! Ive yet to hear anyone Ive dined with have a bad meal. The wait-staff have overall all been pretty good. The wine list has a good selection and is not terribly over-priced. Definitely a place to check out! Try to get the table semi-enclosed in the wine cellar a very cool spot to sit. My pick for the best new restaurant in the twin cities!
