Review content:
Robin and her staff truly are amazing, highly skilled at designing programs according to individual needs and abilities. My partner and I, both in our 70s, started classes here about six months ago and are now huge fans. My partner, who has multiple physical problems, is crazy about Robin (""loving, gentle, caring"" are the words she just suggested I include here) and feels markedly stronger.
The quality of attention, instruction and care I get from Angeline is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have noticed improvement in balance, strength and flexibility, results that are far beyond any exercise program I've tried in the past. I am continually challenged and the program never gets routine or boring. It's the first time in my long life that I feel sure this is a discipline that I can stay with over time--having tried, (and not stayed with) big gyms, Curves, Yoga, etc.
I also really appreciate working in an bright and clean environment that welcomes people of all ages and shapes.
I rave about Pilates, about this studio and these instructors to anybody who will listen. Or, in this case, read.
Pros: skilled & caring people, great place & location
Cons: none!
