Ariane's outdoor and indoor classes can change your body, mental outlook, and overall energy quickly.
I have taken part in her outdoor Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp classes for awhile now. Ariane finds ways to keep the classes fresh with different exercises that target specific muscles. The added dimension of a cardiovascular workout to complement the muscle work makes this a total workout. Plus, the view across the Brooklyn Bridge and back can't be beat.
Her indoor 'Slim and Strong' classes I find even more challenging. Each class she focuses on a different major muscle group: abs one time, shoulders chest biceps another, gluts and quads the next. She has a way of pushing you well beyond what you would do on your own, but the charm is that her energy is always positive and encouraging, rather than merely tough. It doesn't bother me to be one of the only guys in the class. Everyone is equal there and working to look their best. More guys are coming now though. One thing I've taken to heart is that Ariane claims that at least 70% of losing weight and replacing it with muscle is related to your nutrition, and she provides materials to help you meet that end of the equation, which is essential as you get older and your metabolism slows.
