Review content:
Was slightly worried when going in at 9:30 on a Friday night and finding us to be the only patrons except a few bar flies. For an Irish pub there was little life. The tables were semi-dirty and waitstaff not overly friendly. The hostess seemed surprised we wanted food. As we're placing our food order I have a fleeting thought we should go elsewhere as the waitstaff seemed bothered we were there but alas hunger pains were fierce. The food is wonderful, and large portions! DH ordered spicy cajun pasta and raved non-stop. He said the ""heat"" wasn't too much and still tasted the food. I ordered a large jambalaya (which could have fed two or three people) and loved the flavors and fresh ingredients. Corn muffin was okay, better after sopping up the sauce. We didn't find the atmosphere all that great, if anything severly disappointing. But the food alone will make us go back and try again, perhaps during the featured Irish music hours.
