First of all, I have to say that the food and beer was pretty good, although not as great as it used to be. But that is about all I could say. This was the 4th time we came, and each time the service just got worse. The waitresses do not pay attention to the customers. When you ask for bread they bring you about 1/10 of what you would expect. Bread is cheap, but you would think you were asking for free main courses. Also, we tried to use 2 entertainment coupons for a party of 6 (We bought 5 entrees, 6 drinks, 3 appetizers) The book says we can use up to 3 per party. The waitress informed us that that is the way it used to be, but not any more. I went out to the car and showed her the book. She sent the manager out and he showed me on the coupon itself where it said ""one coupon per party."" I have never seen this in the last 10 years at any restaurant we have ever been at. Not only that, but it turns out the manager, Ben, is also the owner. He was incredibly rude and abrupt with us. This is obviously his policy. Treat the customers with disrespect and try and make as much money as he can. It will not work. We will never return! Pros: Good food, but deteriorating fast Cons: Bad Service & Horrile Management
