It was a very disappointing visit. went there to get a manicure for my two little girls, they wanted to go for the longest. Two girls were orking on my girls while I waited in their waiting area. After approx. 30 minutes they were finished, and I paid $20.00 for i thought was two manicures, and since my gorls were happy, I also tipped the girls $5.00 each. A few minutes later in the car the oldest girl was complaining that her polish still had not dried. At that time i saw that her nails had not been manicured only polished, so I asked bith of the if they received manicures. Both said they did not. Thats when I got upset and called the spa. One of the girls answered, and first I asked how much their manicures were, she stated $10.00. My next question was, why I paid for two manicures for my girls, but nether of them received one.This is when she put the manager or owner on, who told me after a lame apology to come back and get my money returned.I asked her to just refund the money back to my card, she said I had to come back to the store to do this. This was a horrible experience, I would not recommend this to anyone. If you see a glowing report from another customer soon after mine, you know it's the owner
