My Husband and I had ordered Counter-tops from Walls, Floors and More with a 3.5 weeks timeframe of needing them as we were having a 1st birthday party at our house. At 2 weeks my husband called to make sure they were on schedule, only to find out 3 days later that the product we ordered was no longer available!!! The store manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I should not have planned an event at my house!!! I'm sorry but 3 weeks is plenty of time to expect counter-tops to be fabricated and available. When I asked why he did not let us know sooner, he blamed the manufactuer and again told me I was wrong for expecting them in 3 weeks when that did not seem like a problem when they took our money! I have requested a cancel of my order and a full refund of every cent they charged us....we'll see if they complie. I'm going to the BBB, they are completely inebt of doing business.
