I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP SIX MONTHS AGO AND THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME TWICE IN ONE MONTH I CALL EVERY WEEK AND ALL THEY DO IS TO CALL BACK FOR THE ACCOUNTMENT GUY THEN I CALL HES NEVER THERE, NOW I HAVE TO SEND MY BANK STATEMENT PROVING THE CHARGES BC ITS NOT SHOWING IN THEIR COMPUTER NEVER GO THERE, THEY ARE AWFUL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THEN WENT TO THE GYM TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE IN PERSON AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK MADE ME STAND THERE FOR THIRTY MINUTES JUST TO TALK TO HIM. THEN AFTER ALL THIS HOOPLA I HAVE TO SUBMIT ANOTHER CLAIM T CORPORATE, ( THE FIRST TIME THEY LOST IT) TERRIBLE. THE PEOPLE THERE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING THEY SAY. PLACE IS A JOKE
