Worthless...only used their services because at the time there was no other options. Here's a list of problems we encountered: poor communication, did not take the time to do an inventory of damages before and after renters of our home moved in and out, when a problem arouse- not followed up on, often not done, or done incorrectly. The property manager is not at all interested in your property. Did not want to deal with damage to my home only wanted to do as little as possible. Office and phone staff rude and inconsiderate. Beware - if you have to rent your home or property...don't choose this business. You will regret it - as we have. Do your research and avoid a mess which is what you will get if you choose this company.
