Horrible customer service!!!!! I was told by the sales person the hot tub included the spa cover and steps and when it was delivered they brought the cover but no steps. Seemed like an honest mistake but when I called to find out why the steps did not come I was told that was not part of the deal. I was sold/promised one thing and after the credit card was swiped it became another. I will pursue disputing this with my credit card since I was charged for something I did not receive. At this point though they are refusing to take the tub back so I can't imagine what it will be like if I ever need service. I live near this factory so was hoping I would have good customer service from a local business but obviously this is not the case. I would highly recommend not buying from them. To see what I am talking about just give the main number a call and see if you actually get to speak with someone or if you have to leave a message. Very poor service.
