I am from Tennessee so I am used to a totally different kind of barbeque. Texas barbeque has never impressed me that much, until Harolds. My boyfriend, who hates barbeque, ate there with his class. Since then we go about once a week for a Q Basket. The sandwiches are messy, but delicious and the cornbread is incredible. Also it is one of the only places in Texas to find sweet tea. It is only open for lunch and is closed on Sundays. This is no doubt the best food in Abilene.
Pros: Inexpensive, Extremely Friendly, Good Family place
Cons: Long lines, Not a date place
