Dr. Chris Oliver in Herndon Virginia was the worst Chiropractic experience I have ever had. The office was unhelpful, rude and mismanaged. I finally got to see Dr. Oliver after a 20 min wait - which was not too bad...But when I was examined I felt like I was there solely for the bucks he would earn for checking off items on a worksheet. He asked what the problem was and said nothing but that an xray will be taken. Xray taken and then not even five mins later he shakes my hand and says everything looks good. We can do some workup and see how things progress. Meanwhile for the absurd amount of time he spent with me...a total of approx 8 mins left me more than disheartened and I will never return to his office. I was able to see another chiropractor a week late in a different office and he was great. He addressed my problems, spent quite a bit of time getting to know me and my health issues, made thorough recommendations and pointers as well as a complete examination that WASN'T RUSHED!
