Do you like loud noises that keep you up all day and all night? Do you like Courtesy Patrol, and office management who does nothing about your complaints? Do you like OCPD that will come out and investigate loud talking, and music, then tell you there's nothing they can do because it's an apartment complex; then when officers leave, the noise intensifies. Do you like undetermined location of rumbling noises that vibrate your three bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room? Do you like that it's possible that tenants who are breaking the noise violation code are possibly listening in on you, and perhaps have Police Scanners? Loud, rumbling, vibrating noises subsides when you call courtesy patrol, and OCPD. When these agencies arrives, you are looking dumber than a fifth grader. IF YOU LIKE ALL OF THIS, THEN COME ABOARD AND RENT IN BUILDING 6. Do you like not being able to sleep, and having to leave and stay with relative to get some sleep? Do you like reporting problems with A/C, then A/C stops working altogether, and the only way you get it fixed is see maintenance on the grounds, and you ask them when they will be over to fix A/C, and they hadn't seen a work order, although you called in about it two weeks ago. IF YOU LIKE ALL OF THIS, PLUS MORE PROBLEMS NOT LISTED, THEN COME ABOARD AND LIVE AT WARWICK WEST, BUILDING 6. ALTHOUGH, YOU HAVE BEEN A PERFECT TENANT FOR OVER 16 YEARS, PAYING ON TIME, NO PROBLEMS GIVEN, YOUR LEASE IS TO EXPIRE IN ONE MONTH, BUT BEING TOLD THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE ONE MONTH'S LEASE, IF YOU MOVE OUT BEFORE THE LEASE EXPIRES, EVEN THOUGH YOU EXPERIENCE ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS THAT HAS CAUSED YOU MIGRAINES, STOMACH PROBLEMS, MISSING WORK!!
AGAIN, IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, COME ABOARD. IF NOT, RUN! AND RUN FAST! DO NOT LEASE AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX, ESPECIALLY BUILDING 6. I AGREE WITH ANOTHER REVIEW, NOT ONLY IS IT AN EXPENSIVE DUMP, IT'S AN EXPENSIVE SLUM AREA.
PARTY IN THE MORNING, PARTY IN THE EVENING, PARTY ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG, PARTY ANY TIME OF WEEK, ALL WEEK IF YOU WANT!!
PERHAPS, ALL OF US DISCONTENT TENANTS, AND EX-TENANTS SHOULD GO ON THE NEWS CHANNEL, THAT WILL BE IN OUR CORNER.
CORRUPTION EXISTS AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX: I RECALL ONCE THERE WAS A BIG METH BUST, POLICE OFFICER WOULD PARK HIS CAR, BUT PARKED FACING MY APARTMENT'S AREA. UNDERCOVER AGENT WAS WATCHING ME FOR SOME ODD REASON, BUT THE DRUG BURST WAS IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING. HELICOPTERS FLEW, AND IT WAS ON THE NEWS, BUT IT WAS SO CONCEIVED, THE PICTURES, THAT YOU COULDN'T TELL THAT IT WAS WARWICK WEST APARTMENTS, NOR DID IT SAY, WARWICK WEST APARTMENT ON THE NEWS.
