I went for the first time after they have upgraded with the new concept. It was s birthday dinner. It was quiet a surprise to see what they've done with the restaurant. It looked much more refined and formal than the last time I was here. The selection was incredible. Along with the old time staples such as snow crab, oyster and my favorite dim sums. There was larger selection of hot food and the salad bar has improved with more selection of fancy item. Sushi was much fresher, since they now make it to order. According to our server, during the slow hours, sushi is made to order to maintain freshness. Service was spectacular. Eveyone was wearing walkie talkies and when alerted someone was at our table in no time. The highlight of the upgrade was brazilian meats. The selection of meat was amazing. They hadarger selection than other brazilian bbq places in town, and although I could not taste them all because I was too full, The meat taste and especially the chimichurri sauce for the steak was superb.
