Review content:
I went to Zena's because it was convenient to my work, and looked appealing from the outside. However, I was very disappointed by the service and also by the hairstyle I received. First, the appointment started 20 minutes late-and I received no apology for that. Then, the stylist was aggressive when handling my hair..pulling, trying to comb out knots, etc. When I asked her to be more careful, she said I ""must be tenderheaded."" Perhaps I am, but I have never had a problem before. Lastly, she did a very poor job dying my hair. The very expensive ""top quality"" dye came out in just 2 months, and the portion of my hair that she lightened was fried. After all that, she charged me $95, and had the audacity to ask why I didn't tip!? I will NEVER go back to this place, and I advise everyone to stay away!!
Cons: Rip off!, Pompous attitude!, Poor skills!
