These people do not know how to run a business nor do they have customer service skills.To make a long story short, I needed a tow (my car was only 7 or 8 blocks from their towing place) so I called them. J-Town/Mosby Towing.I was first told ""no problem due to the snow it might take some time"".Whatever, fine...but the lady who answered was very rude.This was at 4:30pm.At 7:38pm,I was still there with no courtesy call, nothing.So I called them.The lady who answered was extremely rude&kept me on hold for 8minutes.When she came back I politely told her who I was and asked if she knew about what time to expect them(3hours had already passed).She said rudely""they wont be there until 10:30"".I said ""excuse me?""and she says ""bitch,don't you understand or speak english? I said 10:30!"" and she HUNG UP ON ME! When I called back to ask for her name,she refused to give it to me and said she was the manager.If she is the manager, she needs to either go back to school or take classes on how to manage and handle a business and learn how to treat customers.These people are rude, crude, VERY slow and do not have any business etiquette whatsoever.Ive already contacted the BBB&am telling everyone I know &writing reviews everywhere.These people should not be in business.I just want to warn everyone out there about them¬ to use them.We ended up using Suburban Towing&they were GREAT! Polite and courteous! If you need a tow in Louisville Kentucky, Suburban is who to call.Thanks for listening!
Pros: NONE...NONE AT ALL unless you want to be treated like crap
Cons: HORRIBLE customer service, LOOONG wait with no courtesy call
