I am completely appalled at the lack of professionalism at this theater, the manager is too young and egotistical to handle situations when patrons aren't happy. I saw several people unhappy while we were there, this is not the first time I've heard of the bad service there. In every theater I've ever been, teenagers are allowed into R rated movies with a parents permission and the parent is purchasing the tickets. I have never been told I had to sit through a horror flick so the teens can view it. If the parent is present and approves this should suffice. It was my son's birthday and they had planned this for weeks. When I asked if I could come and go out of the movie, since I can't stand horror movies I was told no. I would have to sit right there the whole time. Since I asked the question, I was then told he wouldn't sell us the tickets even when I said fine I would sit through it. I've been a security manager for years and never seen a manager handle anything like this! We will never be back to this establishment. Young manager on a power trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
