in every way... Okay, so what is most important to you about a restaurant? Great food, quality, service, ambience? Higgins has it all, and never disappoints. This place consistently plates up beautifully presented, complex, delicious food in sophisticated, creative combinations. Even better, the food focus is ORGANIC and LOCAL, something that matters to me. And even if the food is a tad expensive (relatively speaking), I always feel as if I'm getting a good value. Higgins uses quality ingredients and serves filling portions, and its chef is a wizard.
