Used to go here for reg maintenance... Then saw there ad for brakes for 49 bucks I called because it sounded cheap ... Asked if it covered just front brakes new pads and cutting rotors....after going there wasting there and my time 2 hrs they wanted $ 280 for just front brakes pads and cutting rotors ... They had to put it all back together and I went down the street and paid $ 230 for same thing I would have paid the $ 280 I had done business with them before.... They just lost a reg customer and Palatine is a small town boys... The days of advertising cheap then charging 4 times more are over... I hope the people that take over when you lose your business learn from you....
