Not only are they taking money for items they do not have in stock, several manufacturers have investigations underway with this business /individual who has no selling agreements whatsoever with their distributors. BUYER BEWARE! This company accumulates orders after charging customers and taking their money and uses the back ordered demand as a way to leverage manfufacturers and distributors into selling agreements. Person answering the phone is full of excuses and slow follow through. Refund requested 3 times, took almost 2 weeks to get after waiting 3 weeks for an item to be shipped that was supposed to be in stock. RED FLAG
