My basement drain was plugged on Christmas day. I needed a plumber! I called Roto-Rooter first thing Monday after Christmas. Mark who arrived on time was polite and clear about the problem then went straight to work clearing the main cleanout drain with auger. Afterward he cleaned up and kindly explained about he would send a camera to look inside drain for any damage because he cut a lot of roots out. I was really nervous, but the camera proved that there were no major breaks or cracks in drain. Root x and a high pressured jet cleaning will prevent them from coming back, the technician informed me, so I will definitely have them back. Take my word for it ... Roto-rooter is professional and quickly got me back to not worrying about my drain, you won't be sorry.
