I have a small office with 10 PCs, and for the longest time, I used to act as THE computer administrator assisting the staff with email issues, keyboard issues, and any other time-consuming PC problems. It became a time bog for me since I had more important things to do like running a business! I met with the New York Computer Help owner, Joe, to strategize how to de-stress and better plan our IT support. He recommended going with monthly computer maintenance to take care of any non-urgent computer issues...which is great since I now tell my staff to just email me their requests and then I hand it to the computer technician for the upcoming monthly maintenance. Any urgent issues NYCH comes out within hours to assist. I'm writing this to lend a voice to any other small business owners who want to take care of their IT without breaking the bank. These guys are reliable and really have offered a dependable, reasonably priced computer service I can count on.
