Review content:
My external hard drive decided not to turn on and I have important work files on there. I brought it to the New York Computer Help shop and was happy to get it back the same day. They could have charged me hundreds of dollars to recover the files which I would have paid, but instead told me that the enclosure of the external hard drive just needed to be replaced. They had the part in stock and replaced it. Easy and very affordable. I'll definitely be back when disaster strikes.
