I had a foster older dog that I had taken in to be groomed. When I called for an appointment, I was given a number of ""options"" for times. I took the 8:30 slot as it was easy to drop off my way to work. When I walked in, lacked customer service. No ""hi"". My foster was taken quickly into the back and I was quickly asked to fill out paperwork and pushed out the door. When I asked about a pick up time, it was a ""we will call you"". I had an 8:30 appointment, thinking maybe 2 hours tops as she had semi-longer hair for a lab/golden mix. I had family in town who was waiting around all morning to pick her up, we never received a call. My father went in about 12:30 to see how much longer she was going to be; he said it sounded like they hadn't even started her. So they told him to come back in an hour to pick her up. He went back an hour later to pick her up and the women behind the counter was sleeping and he had to wake her up. When they brought her out, the woman who groomed my foster said she did not want to jump up onto the table. My father had said, ""she's an older dog, do you not normally do old dogs?"" Needless to say, I should have trusted my gut and took my foster back home when we walked in. Disappointed in their service all together. Thankfully, she looked better than what she went in looking like, but that is about the only good thing I have to say.
