Review content:
We've had issues with Utopia since day 1. Our account manager was HORRIBLE. We thought it was us until we had a friend look at our place at he told us that: she was late for the appointment without an apology, did not greet our friend and pretty much just opened the door and didn't show him around. On top of this they DO NOT stick to their 24hr return call policy. Our Acct Manager even had the nerve to blame US!
