My husband is in the military and when the orders came through for us to relocate to Japan, I was heart broken. Not only did I have to leave San Diego, but I had to leave behind the new home that we had put so much time, money, and effort in to. We didn't want to sell but we weren't too thrilled about the idea of renting it out to people (you just never know who you're going to get!), much less managing it all the way from Japan! In the end, we decided that we needed to keep the home and lease it out. We interviewed quite a few management companies and decided to go with Utopia. From the first visit with the Sales Rep all the way to the communication I have had with my property manager I have felt extremely comforting knowing that this staff is looking out for my best interest. Not only did they find me great tenants in such a short amount of time (less than 3 weeks!!), but they understood that I was completely new to this and were very patient in walking me through the entire process! Kudos, Utopia! Keep up the good work!
Pros: Fast turn over, great customer servcie
Cons: Accounting statements a little confusing at first :0)
