I JUST GOT DONE READING ALL THE REVIEWS ON UTOPIA , AND I COMPLETLY DISAGREE.....WHEN I RENTED FROM THEM THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONDED TO ALL MY CALL AND I WAS APPROVED WITHIN 24 HOURS AND ANY COMPALINTS I HAVE WHICH ARE A FEW THEY RESPOND TO ME WITHIN 24 HOURS AND THEY HAVE A 24 HOUR EMERGENCY PAGER AND YOU COULD ALWAYS GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE!!!! ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE JUST FROM PEOPLE THAT NEED TO NOT SIGN SOMEHTING THEY LATER REGRET EVERYONE KNOWS A SIGNED LEASE IS NOT JUST A PAPER IT IS A CONTRACT!!!GROW UP STOP HATING!!!!! PEOPLE THAT SIT HERE AND TALK OR HAVE THE TIME TO WRITE BAD ABOUT SOMEONE OR A COMPANY HAVE NO LIFE GET TO WORK AND PAY YOUR RENT
