My partner and I came to Utopia because we had 2 houses in Spring Valley that we needed to get rented. The staff was very responsive to our needs, especially since we had 2 houses to rent. Diana and Lynn in the new business department, and especially our property manager Krista, have been a pleasure to work with. We signed our contract on 9/15/07 and by the 25th they already had a signed lease and deposit on our 1st home. We are so satisfied with our service from Utopia that we are looking to bring a 3rd home to them for management. We would recommend them to anyone. KUDOS!!!
