I'm here to apologize to my property manager for freaking out at her for no reason. I am sure you know who you are. Here's what happened....I handed my property down to Utopia to make over and rent out so that I could travel to the east cost for a new job. Well, I hadn't heard from my property manager in almost a month! What was going on over there???!! So, at 3 o'clock in the morning EST, I decided I was going to leave her a message and give her a piece of my mind. Wow! That felt GREAT! So, I hang up the phone, and it immediately begins to chime. I had 6 new voice mails. So I check them and lo and behold...my property manager had been trying to reach me for weeks to discuss my property and the progress it made. STUPID PHONE! Anyway, the last message was her giving me the good news; it had rented...a week ago.; Yes, I am a loser. So I just wanted to publicly flagellate myself for being a not very nice person in that voice mail. If I could retrieve it, I would. Thankfully my manager has a sense of humor and didn't really take it too bad. So, thanks again. And I am SOOOOOOO SORRY for that overreaction. You did a great job!
