Utopia Management is consistently pathetic. I have been working with them since February, and I've been disappointed from the first month. They have yet to respond to my questions within three days, and sometimes I have to ask multiple times. However, the most disturbing strategy they use is to spread out known problems with the property just so they can charge you the ""mandatory"" service charge every time they send someone to the property. I know this because my tenants recently notified me that Utopia noted a list of issues in February, yet Utopia only tells me about 1 or 2 each month. So I quickly realized Utopia spread out fixing the problems just so they can charge the maintenance labor charges every time they send someone out there. Absolutely horrendous company with little regard for business ethics. Do NOT use their services.
