I came in desperately needing my color fixed. My roots were grey, then I had a band of color (I ashamedly admit I did my own color at home), then the rest of my hair was a different color. I was scheduled with Robin who just finished the training program at Changes so I was a bit nervous. She did a great consultation and then met with a educator about my "formula". I couldn't believe how perfectly she got the color to match! The band is gone, the grey is gone and it was a bargain compared to the place I used to go. She also sold me a Bumble product to spray on my roots to cover the grey since I wait too long...I highly recommend Robin and Changes.
Pros: Different price levels, atmosphere, great products
