I'm your normal mid-30's Houston restaurant goer; I like most types of food, not just Indian. Eat out about 4 nights each week, so have eaten at many places, including some of the better known Indian restaurants inside the Loop and Galleria areas. India's was simply OKAY, and in fact was somewhat disappointing. Service was decent, but that was about it. Biggest let down: food was cold. Ordered the Viceroy 2-person dinner; not much was memorable other than fact it was a waste of nice night out. Not saying food was terrible, but would've rather spent time and money at one of Houston's many other more worthy restaurants. My advice: trust me, this place is one big "Ehhh" (a.k.a, forgettable). Pros: Not much, guess the service was decent (but not great by any means) Cons: Cold food, not taste, a bit expensive for lack of good food
