Asked for highlights, and the color was good, not too 'stripey.' The cut, however, was really bad. If you want a Rod Stewart haircut, they might be okay, but if you want a classic blunt or precision cut don't go here. The stylist cut my hair in one straight cut across the bottom, like they do at SuperCuts or someplace cheap. Why doesn't this work? Because there's too much hair for the scissors and the stylist has to HACK at your hair, which means the line isn't straight. Worst of all, when the stylist held the ends of my hair between fingers to cut it, they flipped their hand upward which made the underneath hair longer than the top. To add insult to injury, the right side was 2 inches longer than the left, but it wasnt' supposed to be. The stylist didn't even check to see if the sides matched in length! The stylist also didn't know how to use a straightening iron - my hair was supposed to be straight and flat, not curled under like in the 1980s. If the manager or owner reads this, please do the following: (1) ask new clients what style they want before scheduling. Not every stylist can do a precision cut, and if the receptionist is too busy or untrained to handle these inquiries, someone qualified should do so; (2) educate your stylists on cutting blunt or precision hair in 3 sections - underneath, middle and outside, leaving the outside layer long enough to cover the bottom 2, and make sure they cut loose hair after hair is dry and then check their work!!! For $200, the experience wasn't worth it or relaxing (environment is too busy and noisy with a small waiting area.) I felt rushed, unimportant and surprised this place is so popular. Pros: Decent color Cons: Ambience, Customer Service, Stylists Education
