Review content:
We contracted Pool Concepts to build our pool. They began okay and in the beginning tried to make things work. The plaster is not good, the grotto leaks, did not install dimmer on grotto as promised. Ruined fence and refused to repair. Don't get me wrong they did their "fix" but what a joke. Bottom line unless you want a screw job don't use them. They are by far the slimmiest bunch I have ever met. They lie, lie, lie, lie and more lies.
