I had the SmartSkin CO2 procedure on my face with PRP (plasma from my blood that rejuvenates cells). The procedure didn't take long at all, and I had only minimal discomfort around the hairline and jaw. Just so you can get an idea about my background - I am fair skinned with brown hair/blue eyes, so I sunburn easily, but the procedure works really well on fair skin. They use a topical numbing cream beforehand, so you don't feel much at all, and the staff (Annie and Samantha) and doctor (Jeffrey Caruth) were extremely attentive, friendly, and definitely made sure I was comfortable at all times. You are in control - they let you tell them what you're feeling the whole time, so that your experience can help them adjust or give you extra ways to ease whatever you're feeling. There's a cold air hose that you can hold and blast your face with cool, moist air - this REALLY helped with the burning feeling that you feel before they put moisture on your face. Pros: null Cons: null
