I've gone in there a few times, once for a small tattoo in an odd location- I was warned it may not last long and fully informed on how to best preserve it, given the quickly-wearing location. I also ran in for replacement jewelry and the prices were great, service was helpful, even threw in an extra backing to the jewelry when I dropped mine outside. I don't know what pissed off the guy below me so bad, but I've only had great experiences with this staff. Check it out for yourself!
