I've never had a bad experience at any other dental office in my 50+ years, but this one is horrible. No one EVER answers the telephone. I did like Dr. Cherry, but now I am told she is gone. A few months back I showed up for my appointment and sat in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes. Finally someone came out from the back and told me the doctor was not even there and they needed to reschedule my appointment. No one had even called me; they just let mne show up. Now I have been trying to reschedule an appointment for three weeks. I have left three messages and no one has called me back. I finally called the Great Expressions office at Jax Beach (where I used to go; they are great and I'm hoping to go back there). She said she would call the office and get them to call me. That was hours ago and still no phone call from the Ponte Vedra office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. IT IS A HOT MESS.
